At Damax Plastics & Packaging we pride ourselves on the Service and Quality we provide to our customers. We have a opening for a Front Office Receptionist. We are looking for a Young lady. Proficient in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the organization. The receptionist represents the company's brand through professionalism, excellent service, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Manage visitor logs, security badges, and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and front-office resources.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, printing, and mail distribution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to relay messages and assist with daily operations.
  • Follow front-desk procedures, including safety and emergency protocols.
