Job Summary

The Finance & HR Manager is responsible for leading the full finance function and overseeing human resources operations to support the company's financial stability and workforce effectiveness. The role requires a highly organized, detail-driven professional who ensures accurate financial processing, timely reporting, compliance with statutory obligations, and efficient HR administration. The Finance & HR Manager works closely with management to support decision-making, maintain strong internal controls, and uphold a productive and compliant work environment.

Qualifications and Experience


• B.Com degree with Accounting major


• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Accountant in a small to medium business


• Proficient in Sage Evolution (cash book, foreign currency, stock, debtors, creditors)


• Sound knowledge of Pastel Payroll


• Strong understanding of finance principles, compliance, and HR practices
