Rosebank College is looking for a Financial Administrator to manage accounts receivable functions with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming calls and resolve queries via the IIE Assist ticket system

· Process refunds, adjustments, and cancellations

· Prepare reconciliations and journals

· Manage receipt reversals and unallocated payments

· Generate invoices for sponsors and bursaries

· Prepare student files for handover to the ADvTECH Group

· Perform ad hoc financial duties as required

Requirements:

· Minimum: Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7)

· Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control

· Experience: 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration

· Clean criminal record
