Villa Tasha Luxury Suites is looking for a dynamic
Guest House Manager
to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure guests enjoy comfort, warmth, and service excellence in every stay.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in an organized, welcoming environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of service and presentation

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the guest house and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and feedback with professionalism and warmth.
  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house staff to maintain top-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets, payments, and monthly reports to ensure profitability.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and graciously.
  • Promote the guest house through social media, local marketing, and partnerships.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and implement initiatives to increase bookings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Hospitality Management
    ,
    Tourism
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    managing a guest house, lodge, or boutique hotel.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent people skills — warm, organized, and service-driven.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Financial management and basic reporting skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, booking systems).
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when needed.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
