Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Voice and Data Account Managers located in Vaal Triangle, Gauteng, with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending tailored voice and data solutions. This includes monitoring market trends, maintaining a pipeline of potential leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails collaboration with internal teams and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer relationship management, account management, and client engagement
  • Strong sales abilities with skills in lead generation, contract negotiation, and achieving revenue goals
  • Proficiency in technical solutions, understanding of PBX systems, CCTV, audiovisual equipment, and office automation products
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the business solutions or office automation industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred
