About the Role:

We're looking for a driven SEO Manager who lives and breathes search; someone who loves digging into data, spotting opportunities, and helping clients grow through performance-driven SEO.

This is a Manager-of-Self role, meaning you'll be hands-on and in-platform daily, running multiple client accounts end-to-end. You'll be the go-to person for your clients and the internal team, translating goals into actionable strategies and ensuring delivery stays sharp, creative, and results-oriented.

You'll play a vital role in supporting Poirier's growth by bringing structure, insight, and energy to every account you manage.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies aligned to client goals.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and keep timelines on track.
• Conduct keyword research to identify target terms and search opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits to flag issues and recommend improvements.
• Optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and copy for better visibility.
• Develop and execute off-page optimisation strategies, including link building and outreach.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Track and report on key metrics (traffic, conversions, rankings) to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are baked into new content.
• Work closely with web developers to implement technical SEO fixes and enhancements.
• Create data-driven reports and present actionable recommendations to clients.
• Stay up to date on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members where required.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years' hands-on SEO agency experience.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results.
• Expertise with tools including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, and Looker Studio.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
