Your key job responsibilities as the Marketing Specialist in Cape Town will include:

  • Coordinate with traffic teams and top-tier creative agencies to deliver eye-catching content on time and in line with your vision.
  • Own the review process, ensuring creative work sparks excitement and matches brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Be the mastermind behind a seamless acquisition approval process through WCRGB, ensuring campaigns are fast-tracked while staying compliant.
  • Manage timelines and track approvals, serving as the go-to expert for board queries on acquisition initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize the approval process, making it more efficient and effective every step of the way.
  • Become the engine behind acquisition success—support PPC, affiliate, and paid social media channels to ensure campaigns run like a well-oiled machine.
  • Test and fine-tune creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to deliver performance that blows KPIs out of the water.
  • Track, monitor, and tweak campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and drive growth.
  • Own the creation and management of tracking links across all acquisition channels, ensuring attribution and performance tracking are flawless.
  • Collaborate with affiliates, media partners, and internal teams to ensure tracking mechanisms are locked in and functioning perfectly.
  • Dive into detailed reports to evaluate marketing campaign performance, leveraging tracking links for actionable insights.
  • Manage the bonus engine with precision, ensuring promotions are executed flawlessly and drive customer acquisition.
  • Plan, launch, and track exciting promotional bonuses, working with stakeholders to bring engaging offers to life.
  • Keep a sharp eye on performance—making smart adjustments to boost customer engagement and minimize any bonus abuse.

Requirements for this Marketing Specialist job in Cape Town:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing or MarTech environment, preferably within iGaming or e-commerce.
  • Solid understanding of PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Affiliate channels, with an eye for using them to crush customer acquisition targets.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and campaign management software—you're comfortable using data to drive results.
  • Experience managing creative briefs and leading campaigns from start to finish, working hand-in-hand with external vendors and agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with tracking link management and attribution models, with an ability to measure campaign success accurately.
  • Bonus engine or loyalty program management experience is a definite plus.
  • Analytical powerhouse with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
