Inventory and Procurement Administrator:

Leading food manufacturing company based in Stikland has a position available for an Inventory & Procurement Administrator.

Requirements:
Pastel Evolution and Macro (Warehouse Management System) experience highly beneficial,3-5 Years experience in Inventory Control and Procurement,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel,Own transport.Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  1. Supervision, implementation and administration of all inventory related processes and procedures i.e. GRV, IBT and BOM procedures, related corrective actions throughout all departments,
  2. Supervision, implementation and administration of all departmental stocktakes i.e. communication with department managers, capturing of stocktake count data, compiling of weekly variance reports and implementation of related corrective actions throughout all departments,
  3. Continuous administration and management of all raw material inventory items i.e. updating inventory codes, monitoring inventory levels and usage reports, updating minimum and reorder levels as required,
  4. Weekly procurement orders i.e. maintain good working relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, placing of weekly raw material orders to ensure minimum levels are always maintained,
  5. Administration of raw material related non-conformances, returns and credits i.e. efficient communication between departmental management, quality control management, accounts department and suppliers for related credits,
  6. Reconciliation of pricing on all raw materials between purchase order, invoices and credits with accounts department.
