Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full procurement cycle, sourcing, negotiating and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate landed costings for local and imported goods.
  • Monitor pricing trends, exchange rates and cost variances to support budgeting.
  • Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate records, correct stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate reports on procurement savings, stock turnover and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Finance.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, costing or inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes and landed costing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of South African procurement compliance (CPA, NCA, B-BBEE, SANS) is an advantage.
