to support the Enterprise Systems division in achieving key post-implementation milestones following the rollout of the Oracle HCM Cloud solution. The role will focus on ensuring system stability, optimization, and seamless execution of critical business cycles across both HCM and ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute
    Oracle HCM quarterly patch release cycles
    (January, April, July, and October 2026).
  • Support the
    HCM performance cycle
    and
    performance contracting
    processes for March 2026 (first-time implementation within HCM).
  • Oversee the
    HCM compensation cycle
    for salary increases and bonuses (May–June 2026).
  • Manage
    EBS Payroll tax year-end
    processes (February 2026).
  • Support the
    EBS financial year-end
    and upgrade activities to version

  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and integration support across Oracle HCM and ERP environments.
