Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Developer, located in the City of Cape Town. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to sales management strategies. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to actively identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Sales Management, with a focus on developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in a sales-related role and knowledge of the gold and jewelry industry are advantageous
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions
