The Role

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and implementing our marketing and communication strategies across multiple regions. This position requires a strong blend of creativity, coordination, and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day marketing operations, support business development teams, and ensure consistent and effective brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's marketing and brand strategy across all platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee and grow the company's social media presence and digital engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical and key account managers to generate leads, support proposals, and track business development activities.
  • Manage tender and vendor submissions, ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee all brand management activities, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging.
  • Design and manage digital and print content, including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM or marketing automation systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
