Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for a Receptionist at Macgregor Erasmus Attorneys Inc. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls, greeting and directing clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. Additional responsibilities will include performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and organization
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in basic computer and office software applications
- Prior experience in a receptionist or similar front office role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
