We're expanding our digital presence and looking for a
dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager
to take the lead in managing our outsourced marketing functions and driving our online brand performance to new heights.

The Role

As our
Marketing Manager
, you'll be the central link between our leadership team and our external marketing partners. You'll oversee website performance, digital advertising, and content creation — ensuring all elements work seamlessly together to grow our brand, engage our customers, and increase online sales.

You won't be doing the hands-on technical work yourself, but you'll
lead and coordinate
the specialists who do — keeping everyone aligned, accountable, and focused on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management:
    Oversee our web development partner to ensure our website remains cutting-edge, secure, and aligned with best practices in design, SEO, and user experience.
  • Content Coordination:
    Manage outsourced creators to deliver compelling content across our website and social media platforms. Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Digital Campaign Oversight:
    Supervise our Meta and Google Ads specialists, approve campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize for ROI.
  • Social Media Management:
    Ensure timely scheduling, posting, and performance tracking of all digital content.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign results, and prepare performance reports for leadership.
  • Brand Growth:
    Contribute to strategic planning, product launches, and partnership initiatives that elevate our market presence.

What You'll Bring

  • At a minimum a 3 year Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience managing outsourced or remote marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative eye and strong attention to detail.
