FMCG giant is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that will drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact across digital, retail and creative platforms within a fast-paced FMCG environment

Skills:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience in Sales & Marketing, including 4+ years in a managerial role within FMCG.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong experience in digital, social media, and e-commerce marketing.
  • A strategic, hands-on, and innovative mindset with commercial acumen.
Job description:  
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and grow market share.
  • Lead creative direction across all campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and in-store promotions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including design, sales, and content — to deliver compelling brand experiences.
  • Analyse performance metrics, optimise ROI, and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor a creative, high-performing marketing team.
  • Build and nurture key client and agency relationships.
