Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and uncovering new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Unit Managers to ensure that proposals and solutions align with client needs and capabilities.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations.
- Sales Collateral Development: Partner with marketing to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
- Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Solution Expertise: Experience selling software, data solutions, or similar offerings; strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions is preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in solution selling within software or custom software development.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid SA driver's license.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and solutions (preferred).
