PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR – FINANCE & BOOKKEEPING FOCUS

We are seeking a detail-driven Property Administrator with strong financial and bookkeeping background to join our team.
You will support the financial administration team, ensuring accurate transaction processing, compliant recordkeeping, and smooth day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversees all Leasing functions including the control and management of leasing agreements and related documentation.
· Ensures that established policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed.
· Process high volumes of Tenant invoicing & Landlord statements.
· Working closely with the agent/portfolio managers to obtain understanding of the upcoming leasing documentation and act on inputting leasing documents onto the system to ensure accurate leasing activity.
· To regularly communicate and follow up with agent/portfolio managers with regards to outstanding documentation, including FICA documentation.
· Interpretation and data entry of new leases, for lease information.
· Rent billings, credit notes, and receipting & deposits with accuracy.
· Assist with rent collection, arrears monitoring, and financial follow-ups.
· Manage municipal accounts, monitor charges, and resolve discrepancies with relevant authorities or agent.
· Maintenance of financial and administrative records.
· Manage correspondence, filing systems ect.
· Contribute to month-end and year-end processes, reconciliations, and audit requirements as needed.
· Assisting with general administration in the property department as required.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a Property Administrator or Property Finance/Admin role.
· Strong financial administration or bookkeeping background (property industry experience preferred).
· High accuracy in financial data entry, reconciliations, and recordkeeping.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, (emails, excel ect), WeConnect (advantageous)
· Strong team player with a high level of accountability and attention to detail and Professional communicator.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
