Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Finance in the Hospitality sector, located in Gauteng, South Africa. The General Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting processes, and ensuring robust internal controls. The role requires developing financial strategies, monitoring compliance with relevant financial regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Statements, including analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data to drive business decisions
  • Knowledge and expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring Internal Controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage financial teams effectively
  • Professional qualifications such as CA(SA), with 8 years Commercial experience required
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
