ve to partner with the Portfolio Managing Exec
utives and play a pivotal role in driving strategic and commercial decision-making across the business. You'll be at the centre of sh
aping financial st
rategy, ena
bling operational exce
llence, and ensuring that our business delivers sustainable growth in line with Adcorp's Group vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute short- and long-term financial strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive financial performance management, control, and governance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Support pricing, commercials, and margin optimisation.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to the Board and Audit Committee.

What You'll Need to Succeed (Non-Negotiables):

  • CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
  • 8–10 years' post-qualification experience in a finance environment
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior finance leadership position
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and financial systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing ability
