    • Prepare comprehensive night packs for accounts with full details and accuracy.
  • Guest Services and Issue Resolution
    • Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
    • Efficiently manage guest wake-up calls, late check-ins, and early departures.
    • Maintain open communication with departments regarding guest needs and movements.
  • Security and Safety Compliance
    • Conduct routine spot checks to ensure the safety and security of the property.
    • Monitor and manage CCTV operations, reporting any irregularities immediately.
    • Guarantee the safety of all staff and guests during emergencies by following proper procedures.
  • Property Management and Operations
    • Ensure all operational systems, including the Property Management System (PMS), are utilized efficiently.
    • Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure continuity of operation.
