We're looking for an experienced
Investment Support Team Leader
to lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients across a wide range of investment activities. This role oversees the accurate execution of investment instructions, ensures seamless administration of transactions, and maintains the highest standards of operational excellence.

You'll manage and mentor a team of Investment Support Officers, ensuring timely delivery, efficient workload distribution, and a consistent client experience that reflects our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Operations

  • Oversee and review subscription and redemption instructions for alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity, property funds, etc.).
  • Supervise and support the input of non-automated transactions into internal systems.
  • Ensure client investment accounting records are accurate and up to date.
  • Approve and post journal entries for subscriptions, redemptions, and related transactions.
  • Manage corporate actions, proxy voting, conversions, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Collate and review KYC, FATCA, CRS, and compliance documentation for fund administrators and other third parties.
  • Prepare and authorise SWIFT payment instructions.
  • Oversee reconciliations of investment positions and resolve reconciliation breaks promptly.

Team Leadership

  • Allocate daily and periodic tasks to ensure balanced workload distribution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Investment Support team.
  • Monitor performance to ensure deadlines are met and service standards maintained.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and a client-first mindset across the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or higher diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with 5–8 years' relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in team management within financial services.
  • Understanding of
    double-entry bookkeeping and multi-currency accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments and investment products.
  • A sound understanding of offshore trust and company structures.
