Our client is looking to employ
a
Production Team Leader
based in
Elsies River.
RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • To plan, lead, organise, control and motivate the Production Team.
  • To ensure that all team members are trained in and adhere to standard operating procedures and Health and Safety standards.
  • To check the administration of every Production Job and present the reconciled paperwork to Finance daily
  • Production documentation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 / Matric with Bachelor pass that includes:
  • English as Home Language or First Additional Language, minimum level %)
  • Mathematics is mandatory (Mathematical Literacy is not accepted).
  • Must have an appropriate post matric qualification at NQF Level 6 or
  • Industrial Engineering Diploma or Degree / Mechanical Engineering Diploma
  • 5 + Years' FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Food Processing Operational / Manufacturing Experience
  • Leading /Managing a team is preferred
  • Excel Intermediate skills
  • Strong communication skills
