A UK sustainability company needs a skilled appointment setter for an urgent 2-3 week project to re-engage warm leads and book quality appointments.

High performers may be fast-tracked for permanent roles, which we may be starting to hire in January 2026 (ZAR 49,000+/month OTE).

THE OPPORTUNITY

Duration: Minimum 2 weeks (potential 3rd week extension)

Start Date: Sunday, Dec 1st OR Monday, Dec 8th, 2025 (flexible based on your availability)

Location: Work from home (Cape Town-based)

Hours: 5-6 hours/day, 5 days/week hours/week)

Rate: ZAR 240/hour + ZAR 120 bonus per kept appointment

Earnings: ZAR 13,000-22,000 total (depending on hours and bonus performance)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Calling warm inbound leads who requested info about water conditioning products (no cold calling)
  • Re-engaging leads from Aug-Nov 2025 with a friendly, consultative approach
  • Booking quality appointments for our UK-based sales executive
  • Updating Pipedrive CRM with accurate call notes
  • Daily activity reports (simple, 5-minute task)

Target: 40-50 calls/day | 8-12 appointments/week | 5-8 kept appointments/week

THE REWARDS

Immediate Earnings:

  • ZAR 240/hour (well above market rate for part-time remote work)
  • ZAR 120 bonus for every appointment that the homeowner keeps

Example Earnings:

  • 2 weeks @ 6 hours/day + 15 kept appointments = ZAR 16,200 (£675)
  • 3 weeks @ 6 hours/day + 20 kept appointments = ZAR 24,000 (£1,000)

Future Opportunity:

  • High performers will be strongly considered for permanent sales roles launching in January 2026
  • Full-time SA Sales Executive: ZAR 15,000/month base + uncapped commission (OTE ZAR 49,000+/month)

WHO THRIVES IN THIS PROJECT?

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have proven outbound calling experience (appointment setting, telesales, lead gen, customer service)
  • Have excellent English communication skills
  • Are comfortable with high-volume calling calls/day is manageable for you)
  • Have CRM experience (Pipedrive strongly preferred, but any CRM counts)
  • Have reliable home internet and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Can commit to minimum 2 weeks starting Dec 1st OR Dec 8th
  • Are self-motivated and disciplined for remote working

Desirable:

  • Experience calling UK customers
  • Background in home improvement, energy, or B2C sectors
  • Track record of hitting appointment targets consistently

WHAT WON'T WORK

This project isn't suitable if you:

  • Need extensive training or hand-holding
  • Have unreliable internet or noisy home environment
  • Are uncomfortable with rejection or high-volume calling
  • Cannot commit to minimum 2 weeks or agreed shift patterns

TRAINING & SUPPORT

You won't be left to figure it out alone:

  • Pre-start video training (2-3 hours self-paced)
  • Live Q&A session before Day 1
  • Daily check-ins in Week 1 (Helen has 10+ years sales/recruitment experience)
  • Call recording review and coaching
  • Ongoing Slack/WhatsApp support during shifts
