About the Role
The General Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
You will serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and executive management—helping to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and COO, managing their calendar, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Update and print property information sheets as required.
- Scan and organise receipts into Google Drive and BOOM, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate and liaise with third-party contractors and service providers.
- Visit properties to meet contractors when necessary and ensure tasks are completed to standard.
- Provide support to property management and operational staff with ad hoc errands or administrative tasks.
- Welcome guests and contractors visiting the office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Receive and handle deliveries promptly and accurately, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide general administrative assistance including filing, document preparation, data entry, and populating basic invoices.
- Set up smart locks, program key tags, and create door codes or eKeys (TTLock system).
- Manage and track keys for all properties.
- Ensure company car discs and insurance are kept up to date.
- Support ad hoc property operations and office management tasks as required.
- Run minor errands for operational or office needs when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- A self-starter who applies intuitive thinking, works independently when required, and contributes proactively to team goals through efficient problem-solving
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general tech tools.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Familiarity with property management systems or smart lock technology (advantageous).
