Medical Sales Representative

Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa Ultrapure HOCL Full time R150 000 - R250 000 per year

This is a true entry-level role for someone hungry to learn, start from the bottom, and grow with the company.

  • Own the Western Cape territory: plan weekly routes, book appointments, and run in-person meetings with pharmacies, clinics, GP practices, baby/health stores, and distributors
  • Drive listings and re-orders: sampling, detailing, in-store visibility, and relationship building
  • Execute activations: expos, events, POS placement/merchandising; occasional Saturdays (time off in lieu)
  • Admin that moves sales: capture orders, track pipeline, maintain CRM, and weekly reporting

Must-haves

  • Driver's licence + own reliable car (essential)
  • Matric (Grade 12); tertiary qualification a plus
  • Confident communicator, coachable, resilient, and highly self-managed
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and a CRM

Hours

  • Monday–Friday, business hours; occasional Saturdays for activations (time off in lieu)

Compensation & growth

  • Entry-level base during probation + attractive commission
  • Strong commission prospects and clear increases tied to performance after probation
