The Junior KAM is an opportunity to grown and learn within a ever growing fast paced industry. They possess exceptional communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with both external clients and internal operational departments.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment within the campaign team
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
• Provide ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the sales team.
• Ensures quick and effective responses to client queries
• Researches and brainstorms new ways to create and manage positive relationships with clients
• Reports to sales managers as required.
• Suggest company services as well as products to maximize client satisfaction
• Maintains the client-company relationship and keeps such a high standard all the time to further encourage the client to continue dealing with the organization.
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a non negotiable requirement
