Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales Assistants to join our team immediately. As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Matric or Equivalent
