OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Lease Agreement Administration

  • Prepare lease agreements and addendums using Netcare Standard Lease Templates and facilitate change requests through Legal.
  • Peruse and comment on third party lease agreements prior to Legal review.
  • Facilitate the review of agreements through legal department.
  • Extrapolate and action lease expiry report monthly in accordance with business protocol. 
  • Data Capture lease information onto Sap Real Estate in accordance with business protocol. 
  • Manage and regularly update commercial segments communication tool – SharePoint.
  • The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.

Financial Functions

  • Prepare, verify, and generate lease income invoices on a monthly basis in accordance with business protocol.
  • Attend to month end billing under the guidance of the Property Accountant.
  • Work closely with Central Payments Division by verifying third party property rental, utility invoices and attend to all related queries.

Property Administration

  • Handle all complaints and queries (tenants /hospitals).
  • Be a model of excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers experience an excellent and satisfactory interaction at all time.
  • Listen with empathy while remaining professional at all times to complaints and compliments.
  • Liaise with other departments.
  • Any other general administrative tasks as may be reasonably requested by management.
  • Provide timeous and good quality service as required and in line with the Netcare values.
  • Ensure administrative compliance with regard to approval framework pertaining to all commercial processes.
  • Ensure all relevant filing is complete on manual files and electronically (Sharepoint) on a regular basis.
  • Attend to general queries, requests and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.

SKILLS PROFILE

EDUCATION

Required

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Required

  • Experience with SAP Real Estate and business intelligence tools.
  • Account management experience.
  • Lease Administration experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Property Management team or equivalent.
  • Accounting experience.

KNOWLEDGE

Required

  • Relevant computer proficiency (Microsoft Office); with specific advanced aptitude in MS Excel; MS Word 2010 and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
