Leasing Administrator – Retail Property Portfolio

Location: Johannesburg

A leading retail property company is looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator to support its leasing team in managing a growing portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Leasing Administrator in retail or commercial property

  • Strong working knowledge of MDA Property System – essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to draft and review lease documentation accurately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, capture, and maintain lease documentation and tenant information

  • Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and amendments

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in lease data on MDA

  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and internal departments
