Payments Administrator

We are looking for an accurate and analytical Payments Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position requires excellent numerical ability and above-average verbal reasoning, as you will be working with payment processing and client communication.

Location: Pretoria East 
Salary: R12,000 – R17,000 (depending on experience)
Available Position: 3
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and timeously process client payments
  • Maintain up-to-date payment records and client data
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues and reconciliations
  • Work closely with finance and administrative teams
  • Ensure processes comply with internal guidelines and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • Good to excellent numerical ability
  • Above-average verbal reasoning skills
  • Strong administrative background
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Computer literacy and experience with data systems
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license
