Our client is looking for a goal-driven Payment Plan Administrator to manage payment processes and provide administrative support. This role requires strong numerical skills, excellent verbal reasoning, and the ability to negotiate professionally.

Salary: R12,000 – R17,000 (depending on experience)
Available Position: 2
Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, monitor, and confirm client payments
- Follow up with clients regarding payment reconciliation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or incorrect payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payment efficiency
- Maintain accurate and organized payment records
Job Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Excellent numerical skills and accuracy
- Strong verbal reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in administration, payments, or financial processes is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Computer literacy and the ability to work with data systems
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own transport and a valid driver's license

- Handhaaf akkurate en georganiseerde betalingsrekords.
