About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to engage with inbound leads and schedule consultations for our tax advisory specialists. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—often attorneys, medical professionals, executives, and business owners—who have expressed interest in learning how to reduce their tax burden.
Your primary responsibility is to qualify these leads through structured conversations, build rapport, and book appointments for our senior tax advisors. This is not a cold-calling or hard-sales role—it's a warm, relationship-driven position requiring professionalism, organization, and clear communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesContact inbound leads from our marketing funnels via phone, email, and SMS.
Conduct brief qualification calls to understand the prospect's needs, business type, and financial goals.
Build rapport quickly and professionally with high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Clearly explain our firm's services and schedule consultations for senior tax advisors.
Manage follow-ups and reminders to reduce no-shows and maintain engagement.
Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and advisory teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to booked consultation.
Consistently meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inside sales (preferably in financial, professional, or consulting services).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent, professional English.
Confident, friendly phone presence with the ability to engage high-level professionals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing pipelines and CRM updates.
Comfortable working in a remote environment and adhering to Pacific Standard Time hours.
Familiarity with tax, accounting, or financial services is a plus but not required.
Self-driven, reliable, and able to meet consistent performance targets.
