As the Senior Finance Manager, you'll oversee accounting, reporting, and financial management while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

This role offers the ideal platform to combine hands-on financial leadership with strategic influence, helping to shape the growth and sustainability of the group's client base.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting, reporting, and financial management for a portfolio of entities.
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and efficient financial systems.
  • Provide FD-level financial guidance and insight to clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and governance standards.
  • Liaise with Auditors, tax practitioners, and external stakeholders.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Qualified CA(SA) – essential.
  • Minimum 5+ years post-articles experience, with proven leadership and reporting skills.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
