Job Specifications which this position relates to but not limited to:
● Provide administrative support and ensure smooth HR operations
● Coordinate job postings and manage applications
● Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and HR Manager
● Maintain accurate HR data base and update personal files
● Ensure confidentiality of employee information
● Manage time sheets and supporting documents for payroll
● Control and regulate the management of PPE and staff uniforms
● Execute tasks based on HR policies and managers instructions
● Act as a first point of contact for HR related queries
● Provide administrative support to HR manager
● Strong organisational and communication skills required
● Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
