Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner for our Financial Services client in Remittances based in Bryanston. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour and employment law, and overseeing performance management processes.
Responsibilities
- Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage benefits packages
- Collect necessary background information as well as assisting employees
- Proficient in Performance Management practices
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
- Close collaboration with departmental heads and staff to align HR strategies with business goals
- Provide HR guidance, support employee development initiatives
- Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Skilled in managing Employee Relations and understanding Labour and Employment Law
- Assist management in conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Human Resources Business Administration, or related field
- 5 - 10 Years of experience in human resources management in Financial Services sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
