We design everyday essentials that actually support real women and their real lives. Now, we're looking for an Email & Retention Marketer to turn customer insights into meaningful connections, drive repeat purchases, and keep our community coming back for more.

About the role

We're looking for an Email & Retention Marketer to turn first-time buyers into loyal fans. You'll own our customer communication strategy across email, creating journeys that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term brand love. If you live for data, creativity, and clever campaigns, this one's for you

What You'll Own:

  • Manage Klaviyo end-to-end segmentation, automation, deliverability, A/B testing, and campaign scheduling
  • Analyze and optimize email flows across the customer lifecycle (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, and loyalty)
  • Plan and execute retention initiatives such as SMS, loyalty and referral programs, thank-you cards, and customer rewards
  • Run retargeting campaigns (e.g., Criteo) to re-engage recent visitors and customers
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns across email  (e.g., Black Friday, Halloween etc)
  • Track, analyze, and report on weekly performance metrics
  • Use metrics and learnings to create actionable insights

  • You're both creative and analytical, and just as excited about clever copy as you are about clean data and strong performance
  • You know Klaviyo inside out and can confidently manage flows, segmentation, testing, and deliverability
  • You take ownership — spotting opportunities, improving what exists, and driving projects without waiting for direction
  • You think retention-first: crafting customer journeys that build loyalty, boost repeat purchase, and deepen connection
  • You're curious, adaptable, and love finding smarter ways to do things, whether through automation, experimentation, or insight
