Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role with flexible work-from-home options.
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing business requirements, defining and improving processes, and ensuring Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable insights, optimise workflows, and enhance system efficiency. Operating in an Agile/Scrum environment, you'll contribute to iterative improvements and drive digital transformation. As with all our senior roles, mentoring the next generation of Business Analysts is a key responsibility.
What You'll Need
Salesforce Administration experience
Strong Business Analysis and Analytical Skills
Ability to define and document business requirements
Deep understanding of business processes and workflow management
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
