What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product strategists, managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft intuitive, impactful products.

• Own the entire UX process, from research and wireframing to prototyping, user testing, and final specs.

• Transform complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions.

• Create and maintain documentation: wireframes, user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, and more.

• Lead user research and usability testing, then turn insights into actionable improvements.

• Set and uphold design guidelines, sharing best practices across all product teams.

• Leverage Figma and the latest AI tools to innovate and streamline design processes.

Our Design Stack

• Figma is our home base: brainstorm, design, prototype, and polish with collaborative power.

• We thrive on Figma's innovative tools - AI-enabled features are a big part of our future.

• Bonus: Love experimenting with new Figma goodies and pushing boundaries.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Product Designer (UI UX) (bonus: in AI-driven environments).

• Mastery of Figma: design systems, components, prototyping, file structure, and ideally, experiments with smart animate and interactive components.

• Eager to learn and adapt across industries - Fintech, Logistics, eCommerce, and beyond.

• Deep understanding of UX best practices and emerging design trends.

• Great communicator and collaborator, able to articulate and present ideas to any audience.

• Organized, driven, and thriving under pressure.

• Portfolio packed with polished, user-centered design projects.

• Passionate, imaginative, and obsessed with delivering fantastic user experiences.

Extra Points For:

• Interest in, or experience with, AI-powered design tools.

• Figma superuser status (or aspirations to get there).

• Ability to bridge the gap between design and development (programming skills are a bonus).
