The Role

We're hiring a Product Designer to craft the visual language and user experience that will fundamentally transform how people interact with residential real estate. As an early designer, you'll shape how AI-native infrastructure becomes intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful for landlords managing portfolios worth millions and tenants navigating critical life decisions.

You'll work alongside one other designer, building interfaces that make complex AI/ML workflows feel simple, build trust through transparency in automated systems, and create experiences that scale from single properties to institutional portfolios – all whilst maintaining the human touch essential to property relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Letly's design system from first principles
  • Create end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms
  • Design interfaces for AI features that balance automation with user control
  • Build component libraries that scale across multiple user types and use cases
  • Conduct user research with landlords, tenants, and property professionals
  • Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility whilst pushing boundaries
  • Shape product strategy through design-driven insights

Technical Requirements

  • 2 years in a product design role (exceptional juniors will be considered)


  • Expert proficiency in Figma (component systems, prototyping, dev handoff)
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Design systems at scale
  • Bonus:

About Letly

Letly exists to re-build the infrastructure for residential real estate on an AI/ML-native foundation. Real Estate is broken everywhere. The whole market operates against consumer interests; governments have failed to intervene to fix it; incumbents have taken advantage with extractive fees for human labour-intensive workflows. In all this ~$825bn is paid in rent annually across the UK and US. Incumbent agencies charge 10-20% for property management and compete against each other – all with inefficient businesses.

We're building AI-native infrastructure to delete this pain entirely. We quietly raised a $1m Pre-Seed three months ago, and our founding team combines frontier domain-specific AI expertise with scale infrastructure experience.
