Head of Product Design
to lead our design function across e-commerce and financial services products. You will establish and scale our design practice, championing user research and experimentation at every stage of the product lifecycle. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Business teams, you'll ensure our experiences are

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding. This role partners closely with leaders across all departments to design and deliver effective hiring strategies that support the company's growth objectives and culture.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced or high-growth environment, with exposure to tech, product, and digital roles.

Leadership & Vision

  • Define and drive the
    design strategy
    across e-commerce and financial services products.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a
    multi-disciplinary design team
    (product designers, UI designers, UX researchers, content designers).
  • Advocate for
    human-centered design
    across the organization, influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Establish and chair a
    weekly Design Forum
    bringing together Design, Product, and Business teams to:
  • Showcase and critique in-progress design work.
  • Align on user experience principles, experimentation plans, and upcoming launches.
  • Reinforce design consistency, accessibility, and brand coherence across all products.
  • Foster a culture of
    open feedback, learning, and shared ownership
    of customer experience.

Research & Testing

  • Establish a
    user research framework
    —continuous discovery, ethnographic studies, usability testing, A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Partner with data science to combine
    quantitative insights
    with qualitative research.
  • Define
    design success metrics
    that tie directly to business outcomes (conversion, retention, trust).

Product & Delivery

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering leads to shape
    roadmaps
    grounded in user needs.
  • Drive design standards and
    design systems
    for consistency across e-commerce journeys and financial workflows.
  • Ensure accessibility, compliance, and ethical design practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years in product design with
    at least 3+ years leading teams
    .
  • Proven track record designing for
    transactional platforms
    (e-commerce, payments, banking, lending).
  • Strong knowledge of
    UX research methods
    and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience building and scaling
    design systems
    in cross-platform environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to
    translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
    .
  • Comfortable operating in
    highly regulated industries
    with a keen eye on compliance and trust.
