  • VIP High End Corporate Travel Consulting Experience
  • High performance, proactive, solution focused with the highest level of attention to detail & accuracy, leaving no room for errors.
  • Provide a seamless service, handling any requests in full, often including an item where you exceed your client's expectation.
  • Must be sales oriented as the position involves working towards targets; Commission and incentives are payable for sales achievements.

Client Relations 

  • Ensure basic enquiries are actioned within 30min, you may request your teams support to achieve this goal.
  • Provide quality advice & relevant information to clients.
  • Listen to client's needs; give options explaining why you've given each option, considering directness of routing, cost, and client preference.
  • Keep client confidentiality within The Travel Group
  • Visit your clients at least once every 6 months at their offices.
