  • Identify, develop, and maintain trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients - existing and new
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand relationships with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet theirobjectives and provide current product and market information
  • Prepare, document and present well thought out sales pitches
  • Work closely with the internal technical, order processing and warehousing departments to facilitate asmooth sales process
  • Prepare regular feedback of progress and forecasts to management
  • Accurate data entry on the company CRM
  • Provide customer training on the reseller portal
  • Set up of new customer accounts
  • Process customer Trading Application forms
  • Maintain continuous contact with allocated customer base
  • Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as required and within reason
