Role Description

This is a part-time /contract on-site role located in the City of Johannesburg. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content across social media platforms. This includes developing engaging posts, strategies, and campaigns, monitoring social media channels for feedback and trends, conducting research, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with the management team to support and enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Management and Content Creation
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing and Campaign Development
  • Ability to analyse Social Media Metrics and generate reports
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Familiarity with Current Social Media Trends and Tools
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
