About the job Social Media & Digital Content Specialist

Position Overview:

We're looking for a creative and reliable Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to manage daily posting and visual content for our client. The ideal candidate is an experienced designer and social media manager who understands how to create elegant, aspirational, and conversion-focused content that aligns with a high-end lifestyle aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and schedule visually engaging social media posts aligned with brand identity and tone.
  • Manage consistent posting across platforms:
  • Develop branded templates and layouts for furniture, décor, and lifestyle visuals.
  • Write concise, professional captions suited to each platform's audience.
  • Engage with the community through comments, stories, and message replies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and product teams to plan seasonal campaigns and launches.
  • Monitor engagement analytics and adjust posting strategy for growth and brand consistency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
  • Ability to work in EST Time zones.
  • Strong design portfolio showing clean, modern, lifestyle-oriented content (not cartoonish or overly saturated).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Scheduler, or similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of visual branding, color balance, and copy tone.
  • Strong time management and consistency in daily posting cadence.
  • Bonus: Experience in home décor, interior design, or retail marketing.
Personality & Fit:
  • Detail-oriented and visually refined.
  • Reliable with daily posting discipline.
  • Understands premium brand tone less "influencer," more "design editorial."
  • Takes ownership of the look and feel of every social touchpoint.
