About the Role

Were seeking a Social Media Content & Engagement Creator someone who blends creativity with strategy to craft posts that perform. Youll be responsible for making content that gets noticed and keeping followers engaged through active community interaction.

This is a hands-on execution role: youll plan, write, post, and analyze all while helping shape the brands social voice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and publish daily or weekly social content calendars.
  • Write copy and develop creative ideas for posts, reels, and stories.
  • Engage directly with followers to build an active, authentic community.
  • Track post performance and recommend adjustments for better reach and engagement.
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize visibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align content with broader campaigns.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media content creation and engagement.
  • Proven success driving reach and engagement for brands.
  • Skilled in short-form content tools (Reels, TikTok, Canva, CapCut).
  • Excellent writing and trend awareness.
  • Data-literate and eager to test, learn, and adapt.
