About Us: At Quazar, we build brands that move people and businesses forward. We're looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our fast-paced team in Cape Town. You'll help keep projects on track, support client teams, and gain real-world experience working across strategy, design, and digital campaigns.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager Intern, you'll support the delivery of marketing, design, and digital projects from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who's organised, detail-oriented, and ready to learn the mechanics of agency workflow - from timelines and budgets to client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Support senior project managers in coordinating creative, digital, and strategy teams.

Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across active projects.

Prepare meeting notes, action lists, and status updates for internal and client reviews.

Help maintain Magnetic project boards and ensure data accuracy.

Learn how to build project schedules, estimate resources, and monitor progress.

Assist with quality control to ensure final outputs meet brief and brand standards.

Studying for, or has a, Degree or diploma in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

A genuine interest in creative industries, marketing, and digital platforms.

You must live in Cape Town and be able to travel to our offices in Upper Wynberg.
