This is a targeted career move for a commercially minded Engineer who has walked the gauntlet developing hard won relationships in the Power Generation and Mining sectors. Take the commercial and organisational lead for all project engineering, equipment sales, service & maintenance and consulting arms of this one-of-a-kind engineering solutions company. This is your opportunity to harness all the expertise you have funded to date, selling technical solutions to the world of Power stations and Mines. A qualified Mechanical engineer would be highly sought after however hard-core experience will be equally considered. Proven expertise in steering the ship in terms of Budgets, Forecasts and Margins, Resourcing and leading the teams, ensuring key customer relationships are well managed is essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree, or Commercial Degree with Engineering experience
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen
  • Skilled negotiator with experience handling industrial contracts
  • Confident communicator
