This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Boksburg. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, which include managing office supplies, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and organizing office events. This role will also include maintaining office equipment, answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Matric diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
