Duties include but not limited to:Contribute to marketing or promotional activities related to key accounts.Process RFQs (Quotations) daily, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.Process Sales Orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.Follow up on customer feedback and communicate updates or solutions proactively.Maintain documentation related to purchase orders and order entries.Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.Conduct scheduled quotation follow-ups (via email, WhatsApp, and telephone)Support the preparation, submission, follow-up and close out of quotations and orders.Customer Interaction Answer calls and emails promptly.Serve as the main internal contact for the Key Account Manager and customers regarding quotations, and orders.
