Client Relationship Manager
to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell CANCOM's products and services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, client reviews, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights.
  • Manage contract renewals and assist with invoicing and account queries.

Requirements:

  • Own reliable transport
    and a valid
    driver's license.
  • Proven experience
    in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
  • Strong
    communication and negotiation skills
    with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work
    independently
    while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction and retention targets.
